Mutation - Telepath/Memory Manipulator

Jace is a telepath with the ability to read thoughts and create telepathic links between his enemies and allies to be able to communicate with his allies and read the thoughts of his enemies. Jace focuses most of his telepath into memory manipulation. He is able to create false memories and erase memories anyone has including himself. He can turn allies on each other by giving them some of Jaces memories. Jace is also able to use his most powerful ability with this mutation, he can erase every memory someone has and making them into pretty much a vegetable.

Skill - Military Stragety

With Jaces study in military history and military grade strategies he is able to plan out a fight/battle to give himself the best chance of winning that fight/battle.

Asset - Spy Network

With being part of Atlases intelligence network Jace has his own network of spies in each district to keep him informed of all factions and anyone that is of importance. Jace uses his telepathic links to connect his spies with him so they will never have to meet and so Jace can receive the intel as soon as it is found out.
