Cowin

The small halfling Cowin people are originally residents of Highwind, having lived alongside the Vikarahns for hundreds of years. No one really remembers where they truly came from, not even the elder Cowins. For as far as they can remember, they have been living alongisde the Vikarahns since the dawn of their race. Despite often being a pain in the Vikarahns' sides, being even bigger drunkards than even them, the Cowins and Vikarahns are the closest any two species can be. And despite what some people may believe, they were not named for any particular individual! Cowins, despite being drunkards and often getting themselves in trouble in every tavern in Terr'ahna, can also be amazing diplomats, having the slickest tongues of any species. Though, unlike their brethren, the Vikarahns, they do believe in gods and religion, having one of the most peculiar religions in all the world, that, unsurprisingly, involves a lot of drinking. And smashing of plates. Taverns across the world have been known to hide their plates, or switch to metal plates, due to this fact.
