• If the user wasn’t already addicted to Blue Glass, they are now.
• While addicted: suffer minor hallucinations and synesthesia that prevent them from taking any action about 1/hour.
• While addicted: Suffer none of its effects while taking it. Instead, it suppresses the effect of addiction.
