The Prophecy

For years it has been thought that the Prophecy was a static document or collection of documents written by the First Pharaoh of Almahna, Osrin, telling of one possible future. For years it was thought that it was saying one thing after another, and yet constantly misunderstood. This thinking is wrong.   Revealed in Revelations, the Prophecy is actually a book with an unusual magical ability: the futures it predicts constantly change. As time is fluid, so too must a book which predicts the future. When Kairine defeated Verszagro, many thought that would be the end of it, that that was the Prophecy come true. But then it changed. A new chosen one had been chosen. Kairine's son, Hyokune. When he prevented Verszagro from rising again, it mysteriously changed again. Always focused on Verszagro. But why? What is the reason behind this strict focus on Verszagro? Is the return of Verszagro truly inevitable?   The Prophecy is guarded and enforced by a mysterious group calling themselves the People of the Sun. Rarely have they interfered in the affairs of common man, but once in a while, they will, in order to set the course of events on track so that the Prophecy would come to pass. Are they friend or are they enemies? No one truly knows. Their real intentions remain clouded in mystery.   Early in 1A, several slaves working on structures in the name of the Fae'roh, Fae'roh Acophes fell into an ancient underground cavernous structure. In the midst of investigating this cavern, they came across the Prophecy. At this time, they decided to take this artefact and protect it. Its current whereabouts today are unknown.
