New Terr'ahnan
The standard tongue in Terr'ahna, New Terr'ahnan, or English in some other worlds, was first spoken by the first human settlers in Almahna, over 1,500 years ago. It's derived from a language still spoken today in the Quatrica Islands, Old Terr'ahnan, where many scholars believe the first human settlers of Almahna came from, perhaps by raft. But this theory is often debated due to the fact that boat/ship building technology didn't come to the humans until it was brought over by the Gelvarans from Olympus, in the middle of the First Age, the year 441, about 400 years after it's believed the humans first arrived in Almahna.
