Effect
You transform a vial of poison into a water arrow. Make a ranged spell attack against 1 creature, dealing 1d6 poison damage on a hit. If it hits the creature must make a fortitude save against the poison used against your class DC or become sickened 1, the creature can make a fortitude save at the end of each of their turns or spend an action to make that save to shrug off the sickness, if it fails, the sickened condition increases by 1 level. If succeeds, the condition is lowered by 1 level or removed.
