Effect

A wave of water emerges before you and charges from you in a cone. Creatures in the area must make a Fortitude save or be moved back 5 feet times the number the fail the DC by, and becoming prone on a critical failure.

Side/Secondary Effects

Heightened (3rd): Creatures who fail their save also take 2d6 water damage. Heightened (5th+): The damage increases by 2d6 every 2 levels heightened.
