The Wayfinders Society
At the end of the year 2740 of the Third Age, Crystal Dawn returns to Almahna alongside Kuai Treewatcher, at the behest of Kairine Kamuya, as the Tribunal head to Atlantea in order to track down clues as to the remaining Undead Kings. Sera Fiore returns to Olympus , however. And while Sera Ariann is now a member of the Tribunal, she must remain in the Quatrica Islands, due to her obligations to the Kunai Rangers, and Fleur Aurora stayed with her. Their relationship is progressing well.
And so Crystal is left alone, trying to maintain order of the Tribunal back home in Almahna , as Kairine disappears once again with no word as to where she has gone. Left alone to raise Kuai, a rambunctious child with a sense of curiosity.
Kuai is poking around Deanna Reese's old books when she finds some stories about a band of adventurers. She is mesmerised by these stories and she begins talking to Crystal about them all the time. After some time of brushing it off as the ramblings of a child, Crystal finally begins to listen and take note. And she decides that perhaps like for this band of adventurers, the Tribunal needs to evolve and change its course. And so she decides to reconstitute the Tribunal and found a new organisation: the Wayfinder Society.
In the early months of the year 2741 of the Third Age, Crystal Dawn petitions to the government of Calrune(settlement) to found the Wayfinder Society in the ashes of the Tribunal.
And she doesn't stop there. She wants this new organisation's reach to be far wider than the Tribunal's was, to extend across the entire world. And she begins making preparations to do just that. She works with Sera Fiore in Olympus is establish a base of operations there, as well as Sera Ariann in the Quatrica Islands to establish an HQ there as well. It takes a lot more work however to get one established in Highwind and Atlantea , and while she has achieved a base in Atlantea, Highwind is still an ongoing process. If only she had a contact in Highwind she could work with. . .
With the formation of the Wayfinder Society, she decides that the time has come for this new organisation to come out from the shadows of the Ruin and move into Calrune. And so, the Ruin is converted into a safehouse for any Wayfinder Society members in need of it.
Kairine, the original founder of the Tribunal, looks on at this from wherever she is, proud of how much Crystal Dawn really has grown up.
