You are one with the storms. You may have a shocking personality. You can cast spells from the Element spell list up to 1 level higher.

Trigger: You cast an Element spell with the Electrical trait; Frequency: Once per day.
Targets: One living creature you can see up to 15 feet away from the target of your spell.

Electricity skips from one target to the next, and sometimes it may strike the same place twice. Your spell immediately targets the target creature as a free action.
