Rare Arcana
Some spells have been locked behind secret powers only available to the rare few. These spells are collectively known as Rainbow spells, spells only available to the one person once every generation capable of casting spells of all colours, as well as the increasingly rare Rainbow colour. The following spells are Rare and hence unavailable except as the Game Master allows. Rainbow usually consists of time based spells.
