Effect

You create a light mist. For the duration, all living creatures within the area receive a blessing, granting them 2d4 temporary HP. This effect ends and the temporary HP are lost if they should leave the area. This effect ends if there is any other effect granting temporary HP.
Undead creatures in the area must attempt a Fort save. With failure, they suffer 2d4 positive damage.

Side/Secondary Effects

Heightened (+1): Increases the temporary HP or positive damage to undead by 1d4.
Heightened (7th): Living creatures within the area may also spend 2 actions to remove 1 condition
